Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our Shipping Commitment
At Superior Finds, we are dedicated to delivering your orders as efficiently as possible.
Because we curate a diverse range of products, shipping times may vary based on item size,
weight, and fulfillment origin.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be
delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize a
tiered shipping approach to ensure the best rates for our customers:

Standard & Small Items:
These items typically ship faster. Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days.
Large or Specialized Items:
Due to their size and handling requirements, larger products (such as furniture
or specialized equipment) may take longer to arrive. Estimated delivery: 10-21
business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Superior Finds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees
imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Superior Finds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received
your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all
packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
